By adding taking this step it ensures you'll receive admin updates, announcements, and important information as well as member emails. You may also receive emails from your upline/sponsors as well as promotional emails from Speedy Traffic Mailer.com owners.

- solicits funds, advertisers or sponsors;
- includes programs which contain viruses, worms and/or Trojan horses or any other computer code, files or   programs
  designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or   telecommunications;
- earnings in  'pyramid' or similar schemes;
- disobeys any policy or regulations established from time to time regarding use of this site or any networks   connected
  to this site; or  contains hyper-links to other sites that contain content that falls within the descriptions  set forth above.
 
Autoresponders and Bounced Emails
 
Email addresses which bounce, send back or reject emails sent to you put your Speedy Traffic Mailer.com account at risk
of suspension or termination. Speedy Traffic Mailer.com will allow you to contact us if your account has been suspended but requires proof of any upgrade and  transaction number in order to have your account reactivated. we will check your stats and will decide if to reactivate it or not. Refunds are not available since you agreed to abide by these terms when you joined Speedy Traffic Mailer.com. Earnings, commissionsand referrals may be lost for suspended accounts even they are reactivated.
Restrictions On Use
You may use this site for purposes expressly permitted by this site. You may not use this site for any other purpose, including any
commercial purpose, without our express prior written consent. For example, you may not do and may not authorize any other party
to co-brand this site which means to display a name, logo, trademark, or other means of attribution or identification of any party in
such a manner as is reasonably likely to give a user the impression that such other party has the right to display, publish, or distribute
this site or content accessible within this site. You may not frame this site or  hyper-link to this site, without the express prior written
permission of our company. You agree to cooperate with our Company in causing any unauthorized co-branding, framing or hyper

sufficient proof of a spam complaint made against you, we will terminate your account and further ban you from using
Speedy Traffic Mailer. 
You may not promote Speedy Traffic Mailer in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL
and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Speedy Traffic Mailer
in a way   that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Speedy Traffic Mailer account and possible legal action.
 
One Account Per Member 
 
Only  one account per person is allowed and strictly enforced!  Unless you received prior permission from Speedy Traffic Mailer, you
may only register  for one Speedy Traffic Mailer account.Multiple safeguards set into the system are set to prevent multiple accounts.
 
Earning Credits
 
To send emails, add text and banners to this site,  you will need credits. These credits can be purchased and/or earned. In order
to earn credits, you agree to only do so by clicking on email credit links and/or ads as they appear. Earning credits by viewing old
emails or ads that did not reach your inbox, are expired or are no longer active is strictly prohibited. Also, you agree not to mark as
spam the email ads you recive as member of Speedy Traffic Mailer.com. By not following this policy your account will be suspended
or terminated without a refund.  All credits, whether purchased or earned, will be deducted from your account without
warning.

Affiliate Commissions

Affiliate commissions will be paid  2 times a month, usually  1st and 15th of  each  month, in any justified  amount earned and
reflected in your account. The payouts are made without prior withdrawal request from you. All commissions earned are subject to approval as seen fit. For any reason, we  may disappove commissions without prior notice if we see something suspicious related to commissions reflected in your account. If such situation occure, you may contact support for more details. You agree to receive payments via Pay pal  processing electronically twice a month.
 
Damaging Intent
 
Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to  Speedy Traffic Mailer
and/or its members will be terminated from Speedy Traffic Mailer. Depending on seriousness, our company may deem  it 
appropriate to exercise legal action
Submissions to this site
Our Company will not be required to treat any Submission as confidential, and may use any Submission in its business (including without limitation, for products or advertising) without incurring any liability for royalties or any other consideration of any kind, and will not  incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future Company operations.
You remain solely responsible for the content of your submissions. You acknowledgeand agree that neither our company

Cancellation

Refund
 
All payments, membership costs and subscriptions are non-refundable.Since Speedy Traffic Mailer.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplishedand your account is credited, upgraded  or the service/product is provided. Due to the nature of this service, commissions are credited to your upline automatically and can not be returned to you.
If you choose to upgrade to a higher level of membership, you are sole responsible for cancelling your previous membership subscription, not to be billed two  times. Your are solely responsible to take care of your money and is no refund.The removal or
deletion of your account on your own terms will result in a loss of any earning balance within your account and therefore remove the possibility  of payment. 
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place, and you must contact our support.
